The Challenge

Breslins system for collating, viewing and distributing files was in need of improvement. A disproportionate amount of time and money was being spent on file co-ordination and the administration of multi-function devices.

In brief, Breslins had the following file administration challenges:

1) Reduce time spent on basic file administration tasks
2) Reduce reliance on hard copy filing system
3) Increase speed and usability of multi-function device for scanning, copying etc.
4) Tidy up shared server; create a system for consistent file and folder naming and saving
5) Ensure important files are saved to shared server from staff email inboxes

Traffic is strategic marketing, brand and creative consultancy based in Birmingham, with clients in the Finance, IT, Education and Professional Services sectors.

The Challenge

Traffic was formed from two merged marketing consultancies to offer a broader range of services. The merger of the two businesses inevitably led to an increase in folder and file volume and the company were keen to keep file administration to a minimum.
